Boutique residential with a GDV of R$ 1 bilhão conceived by Gafisa in partnership with French entrepreneur Alexandre Allard. The project replicates the concept of Allard Oscar Freire (Jardins, São Paulo) in Rio, uniting Gafisa's construction expertise (since 1954) with Allard's hospitality vision.

Allard Ipanema occupies the site of the former Hotel Praia Ipanema, acquired by Gafisa for R$ 180 milhões. The proposal goes beyond a single building: it envisions the regeneration of an entire block, integrating architecture, landscaping, design, and hospitality in dialogue with Ipanema's urban identity. The architectural concept prioritizes linear layouts with cross-ventilation, natural light, and high-standard materials — the same DNA as the sister project in São Paulo (signed by architect Arthur Casas, landscaping by Benedito Abbud, and art curation by Marc Portier).
