Lançamentos RJ is a platform for high-end real estate developments in Rio de Janeiro, operated by Italo Lyra · CRECI-RJ 34.134 (CNPJ 40.519.689/0001-80). For the purposes of this policy, we are the data controller for personal data collected on this website, under article 5, VI of Brazilian LGPD.

Note for international buyers: although our operations are governed by Brazilian LGPD, we apply equivalent protections aligned with GDPR principles where applicable.

We collect two categories of data:

2.1 Data you provide (forms):

• Name, email, phone (WhatsApp)
• Property of interest, target price range, planned move-in date
• Messages sent via contact form or WhatsApp

2.2 Data collected automatically:

• IP address and approximate location (country/city)
• Device type, browser, operating system
• Pages visited, time on page, clicks (only with consent)
• Traffic source (UTM · campaigns · referrer)

• Customer service: answer questions, schedule visits, send technical sheets and price tables.
• Personalization: suggest developments matching your stated interests.
• Marketing: send notices about new relevant launches (you can unsubscribe anytime).
• Analytics: understand site usage to improve search and content.
• Legal compliance: tax records, CRECI regulation, platform security.

We share strictly necessary data with:

• Developers/builders of properties you express interest in (only after your explicit opt-in)
• Technology providers: Vercel (hosting), Google (Analytics + Ads), Meta (Pixel), Resend (email), Kommo (CRM)
• Authorities upon court order or legal request

We do not sell your data. Tech providers act as processors under data processing agreements.

• Anonymous visitor (no form): 30 days
• Lead (form submitted): 2 years from last contact
• Converted customer: 5 years after deal closing (tax requirement)
• Security logs: 6 months

After these periods, data is anonymized or deleted.

We implement reasonable technical measures: HTTPS-only, in-transit encryption, role-based access, audit logs, backups with controlled retention, and automated deletion after legal periods.

Some providers we use (Google, Vercel, Meta) may process data on servers outside Brazil. These transfers occur under contractual safeguards (Standard Clauses) or adequate certification per LGPD article 33.

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or operational changes. The date at the top indicates the last review. Material changes will be communicated by email (to those who opted-in) or via site banner.
